Adweek Executive Mentor Program
The Adweek Executive Mentor Program was born out of the Adweek DEI Council to help advance DE&I in the C-Suite by uplifting qualified, diverse talent through personalized advisement and guidance from accomplished leaders. Through a thorough matching process, we pair mid to senior-level marketers with top CMOs and C-Suite members for 1:1 mentorship guidance to help accelerate their career goals.
Interested and qualified marketers with over 10 years of professional experience can submit a pitch for a chance to be paired with a top CMO or executive for 1:1 mentorship. Adweek will qualitatively evaluate every pitch and assign the strongest pitch for each mentor based on the merit of submission. If chosen, the mentee earns three 45-minute phone calls with one mentor and Adweek will help prepare both the mentee and the mentor for success.
Step 1: Review Program Qualifications. Interested mentees should have at least 10 years of professional marketing, advertising or communications experience and a strong desire to grow their career in executive marketing leadership.
Step 2: Pick Your Top 3 Mentor Choices. Browse the gallery below to get to know our more than 100 Executive Mentors. Decide which three are your top choices to pitch for. You’ll be asked to submit the reason why you would like to be paired with them and how you think they could help your personal and professional growth.
